The organizers of the EMMA VIENNA meeting are taking all possible precautions to ensure the safety of your participation.
Safety at the event – 2G+ (proof of vaccination/recovery AND valid PCR test):
- Please note again, access can only be provided to fully vaccinated or previously COVID19-infected and recovered participants. The vaccination certificate will be recognised for up to 270 days after the last vaccination. Additionally, all delegates are requested to bring a valid negative PCR test at arrival (not older then 48hours), which will be checked at the GreenPass checkpoint on site.
Further upon arrival at the hotel, all participants need to do a mouth-wash PCR test for entering the conference. Test kits will be provided for free, but participants have to register via their mobile phone or laptop.
Wearing a mouth-nose-protection (FFP-2 mask) in the conference area and in the hotel is mandatory when not actively eating or drinking. We are asking you to please bring your own masks.
- Seats for the main conference will be assigned and we kindly ask you NOT to change it. Your assigned seat number will be printed on your name badge.

EMMA VIENNA declares that it is not liable for any potential damage resulting from the low risk of possible infection and possible measures ordered by the health authorities. Participation in this event is at the delegates own risk. In case of a COVID-19 infection during the annual meeting, your contact data will be passed on to the health authorities which may impose quarantine of several days.
