We cordially invite you to attend the 19th European Multiple Myeloma Academy meeting from January 31st evening to February 2nd, 2019 in Vienna, Austria.
The scientific revolution in medicine in general and in multiple myeloma in particular enabled a closer insight into the biology of the disease and led to a series of novel treatments with a significant improvement in patient outcome. Understanding these exciting developments and careful consideration of their impact has become key for optimal patient management.
During this EMMA meeting we will discuss the genetic and epigenetic mechanisms underlying the evolvement and progression of the disease. We will review the state of the art in diagnosis and management of smoldering, biochemical and CRAB defined multiple myeloma. Furthermore, we provide new data from recent clinical trials including the new data presented at ASH. Ample of time will be allocated for discussions on the impact of new findings, controversial topics and issues relevant for daily practice.
Become part of this stimulating meeting. Explore how the speakers and your colleagues handle complex situations, find answers to difficult questions and enjoy the friendly, informal atmosphere of the Vienna EMMA meeting.
We would be pleased to welcome you personally,
Heinz Ludwig and Jesús San-Miguel
Chairmen of the meeting
